1 – What is your MOQ?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 units per model. For new customers, we warmly welcome trial orders and mixed-container orders, so you can test your local market with lower risk before placing larger orders. Please contact our sales team for details.
2 – Can you customize the size, color and logo?
Yes, full OEM and ODM services are available. You can customize the canopy size, fabric color, frame color, and print your own brand logo on the cover. Just send us your requirements or drawings, and our engineering team will provide a tailored solution within 48 hours.
3 – Are your canopies wind and rain resistant?
Absolutely. All models use thickened galvanized steel frames with triangular reinforcement, paired with high-density waterproof and UV-resistant fabric. Each design is tested to withstand strong wind and heavy rain, ensuring reliable all-weather protection for cars, gardens and outdoor events.
4 – What is the lead time and shipping method?
For standard models, production takes 15–25 days after receiving the deposit, depending on order quantity. Each canopy is packed in a reinforced carton with protective foam. We support sea freight, air freight and express delivery to over 50 countries worldwide.
5 – What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Letter of Credit for large orders. The standard term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, flexible payment plans can be discussed. All transactions are protected by our trade assurance policy.
